Our volunteers carry out rescues of orphaned, sick or injured badgers, often the result of road traffic accidents.
Rescued badgers are normally taken to the Wildlife Aid Foundation in Leatherhead for veterinary treatment and rehabilitation, with the aim that we can eventually release healthy badgers back into the wild.
We are a very small team and always welcome new volunteers. If you would like to get involved, please do get in contact at contactwsbg@gmail.com.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided for anyone wishing to volunteer rescuing badgers.
